Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca in Peru, was formed through layers accumulating over time, each contributing strength, color, and character to the whole. We see our team in much the same way. Each member brings distinct skills, perspectives, and lived experience. Together, these differences create depth, balance, and resilience in the work we do.

After a career in radio and television production, she transitioned to marketing and consulting for nonprofit and educational organizations. With over 20 years of experience, she integrates community-focused strategies with strategic, visually compelling brand design. As a lifelong volunteer, she applies balance, intention, and dedication to her work.
